Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Minimum age and education requirements per state board guidance vary; in absence, candidates may need a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to deliver safe, efficient prescription fulfillment and patient care.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at all workstations.
• Provide empathetic, customer-focused service and escalate issues as needed.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law and training.
• Maintain accurate inventory, returns-to-stocks, and ensure patient privacy and safety.
