The role includes providing immunizations where permitted, assisting with inventory, and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure quality service and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent if state does not mandate minimum education.
• State licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment and patient service.
• Perform basic inventory activities and returns-to-stocks.
• Support immunizations and offsite clinics where allowed by law.
