Job summary

CVS Health in Tennessee is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient care in our retail stores. The technician will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowed, and maintain inventory while upholding compliance with state boards and CVS policies.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice.
• If state board has no minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment in high school/equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Assist with immunizations and vaccine-related responsibilities where permitted by law.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with cycle counts and returns-to-stocks.
