Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service in our retail stores.

You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and testing where allowed, and complete required training and licensing per state regulations. A strong emphasis on empathy, accuracy, and teamwork defines this role.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice; in some states minimum age and education vary.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Assist pharmacists to ensure prescription accuracy and safe dispensing.
• Provide excellent customer service and empathetic patient interactions.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at all times.
• Support immunizations and other services where legally allowed and trained.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
