Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for our Retail locations to support the pharmacy team and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment with compassionate service.

You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and patient interactions, and complete licensure requirements while contributing to an inclusive, high-performing team.

Anticipated weekly hours are full-time, with a pay range reflecting market rates and geography; benefits include medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accuracy in dispensing.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and customers with empathy and care.
• Assist pharmacists in prescription fulfillment, immunizations, and point-of-care testing as allowed.
• Maintain inventory and assist with cycle counts and returns-to-stocks.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy technician certification (where required)
