Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service in our retail stores. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations where allowed, and help maintain a positive, inclusive store environment.

Anticipated weekly hours are 40, with a full-time schedule. The role requires state licensure/certification where applicable and completion of our rigorous training program.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements; age, education, and licensure vary by state.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in high school or equivalency program.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists to manage patient health and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing as allowed by law and training.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to maintain accuracy and safety.
