Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering efficient, accurate prescription fulfillment and quality patient care. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, safe operations, and exceptional customer service.

You will assist with immunizations where permitted, participate in inventory and cycle counts, and collaborate with pharmacists to support immunization services, drive-thru, pickup, and in-store operations.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements and licensure/certification.
• Age 16+ if state board has no minimum age.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate dispensing.
• Provide empathetic, patient-focused service and resolve issues.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Willingness to travel to stores in the market to cover shifts.
