Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate and compassionate patient care. You will assist with prescription fulfillment, labeling, and customer service at the store level.

You may participate in immunization support and vaccination-related services where permitted by law, while maintaining compliance with pharmacy SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements, including age, education, licensure/certification
• If no minimum age is stated, candidate must be at least 16 years old
• If no minimum education is stated, high school diploma or equivalent is required or active enrollment in a program

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Concentrate and pivot between tasks to meet patient and business needs
• Deliver friendly, patient-focused service and assist pharmacists
• Ensure accurate labeling and prescription information
• Assist with inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks as directed
• Support immunizations and vaccination-related services where allowable by law
• Provide safe and compassionate customer experiences to patients and caregivers
