Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice.
• If no minimum age is mandated, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists and manage patient care.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and by phone.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as returns-to-stocks and cycle counts.
• Travel to other stores in the market as needed to meet business needs.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies.
• Deliver immunizations and other services as trained when required.
