Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe and efficient prescription services in-store. You will assist patients, manage workflows, and help maintain accurate inventories while upholding our care‑driven culture.

As part of the role, you may participate in immunizations and offsite clinics where permitted by law and training, ensuring patient privacy and safety throughout all interactions.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy rules, age and education requirements.
• Active high school diploma or equivalent; licensing or certification as required.
• State licensure and national certification vary by state; follow local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, accurately and promptly.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and support patient experiences at pickup, drive‑thru and over the phone.
• Help with inventory, receiving deliveries, and cycle counts as directed by leadership.
• Adhere to SOPs, regulatory requirements, privacy, and safety standards at all times.
• Support immunizations and point‑of‑care services where permitted by law and training.
