Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate, and compassionate patient care across our retail locations. You will assist with prescription processing, adhere to SOPs, and help manage inventory while delivering an outstanding patient experience.

The role requires state licensure compliance and often involves assisting with immunizations and vaccine-related services as permitted by state law.

Qualifications

• Requires state board/pharmacy rules compliance including age, education and licensure/certification
• High school diploma or equivalent if no state minimum is defined
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to deliver safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and excellent patient service
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures and SOPs at each workstation
• Assist with inventory tasks, order fulfillment, and returns as directed by leadership
• Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team and adapt to scheduling needs across stores
• Assist with immunizations and vaccines where legally allowed and trained
