Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including licensure/certification
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
• If not addressed, minimum age may be 16 years or older

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and ensure safe prescription fulfillment
• Assist with production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows with accuracy
• Deliver empathetic patient service and resolve issues to improve patient experience
• Perform basic inventory duties and handle medication deliveries, returns, and waiting stock checks
• Be flexible to travel between stores in the market to cover shifts as needed
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety
• Provide additional health services when trained and allowed (immunizations, point-of-care testing)
