Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for our Retail locations to support the pharmacy team and deliver compassionate service. You will help ensure prescriptions are fulfilled safely and accurately while upholding SOPs and patient privacy.

You may assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where permitted, and you may travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed. A rigorous training program and state licensing requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Provide empathy and genuine care to patients during pick-up, drive-thru, and phone interactions
• Perform basic inventory activities and cycle counts per policy
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to multiple stores as needed
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and CVS policies to protect patient safety and privacy
• Deliver additional patient health care services (vaccinations, point-of-care testing) where allowed by law
