Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment in our retail locations. You will engage with patients to provide helpful service and may assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.

The role requires adherence to state board requirements, completion of training, and a commitment to a high standard of patient care and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent if not required by state board.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Support immunizations and other pharmacy services where allowed by law.
• Contribute to inventory management and regulatory compliance.
