Formación

• Previous experience as a pharmacy clerk preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Assist with prescription processing and insurance billing.
• Maintain patient information and assist in preparing prescriptions.
• Prepare and affix labels and manage insurance claims.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pharmacy and confidentiality of patient information (HIPAA).
