This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Document care delivered and follow-up care required for all Healthcare Providers (HCPs).
2. Participate in meetings and task force groups to improve quality, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and stay informed about new developments, policies, and efforts.
3. Assist with managing daily activities and prioritizing tasks.
4. Use a personal computer to access email, calendars, and support software.
5. Comply with all applicable standards and guidelines.
6. Maintain patient dignity and observe the American Hospital Association's Bill of Rights.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Dispense prescription drugs and healthcare products, and perform pharmacy-related functions.
9. Assist pharmacists in developing extended clinical pharmacy roles and ensure the security of prescription drugs and inventory control.

Qualifications:

1. Complete a formal Pharmacy Technician training program leading to a diploma, certificate, or associate's degree.
2. Have at least two years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
3. Participate in training, including HIPAA training.
4. Maintain current CPR certification.
5. Have recent clinical experience in patient care for at least 6 months in the past year.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

• Work is typically performed in an interior/office environment.
• Sitting and standing for prolonged periods may be required.
