Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician for Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital in Wisconsin. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with regulations under the supervision of a pharmacist.

Full-time (1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period)

Varied day/evening shifts, weekend/holiday rotation

Job Description

The Pharmacy Technician performs accurate and timely preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical products and associated functions, under the supervision of a pharmacist. Duties include clean room, cart fill, repackaging, inventory, automated dispensing cabinet, outpatient, first dose, clerical area, chemotherapy preparation, and carousel.

Experience / Qualifications

• Knowledge of organizational and project management practices normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a health‑related field, pharmacy and computers beneficial.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification beneficial.
• State of WI Pharmacy Technician registration application required by start date.
