Qualifications

• Must meet state board and national certification requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program.
• State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations to ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and safely.
• Assist in immunization responsibilities per State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Educate patients about vaccines and refer questions to the Pharmacist on duty.
• Monitor vaccine supplies and document patient information as required.
• Perform tasks in alignment with SOPs and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
