Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering accurate prescriptions and compassionate patient care within our stores. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunization support where allowed, and help ensure safety and quality in all tasks.

The role requires adherence to licensure/certification requirements, strong math and communication skills, and willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not mandate a minimum age, must be at least 16 years of age.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Maintain patient safety and privacy in accordance with regulations.
• Provide empathetic, patient‑centered service and clear communication.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe and comply with SOPs.
• Travel to other stores in the market as needed to support coverage.
