Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with deliveries, cycle counts, and returns-to-stocks.
• Remain flexible for scheduling, travel to stores in the market as needed.
• Comply with federal, state, local laws and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety.
• Deliver immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
