Qualifications

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and focus to concentrate on a task and pivot between tasks as needed.

• Clear communication skills for verbal and written interactions.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists.
• Adhere to pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, personalized service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone channels.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and aid in restocking and cycle counts.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and be open to feedback.
• Maintain flexibility to meet scheduling and business needs; may travel to stores as needed.
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and CVS policies to safeguard patient safety and privacy.
• Assist with vaccination services where permitted and trained.
