Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the retail pharmacy team, ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment, patient care, and adherence to SOPs. The role requires collaboration with pharmacists and delivering compassionate service to customers.

In this position you will assist with immunizations where permitted, participate in inventory tasks, and follow training requirements and state regulations to ensure patient safety and quality care in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists.
• Assist in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and positive patient experiences.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and cycle counts as directed.
