Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education and licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, the candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board does not address a minimum educational requirement, a high school diploma or equivalent is required or enrollment in a program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.

• Confirm prescription information and labeling for patient safety.
