Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years retail or hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• 1 year clinical call center experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong in communication and organization.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle member, pharmacy, and provider calls per protocols.
• Confirm member identity and update demographic information.
• Enter data into systems accurately and timely.
