CareSource is hiring a Pharmacy Technician II for the Rx Solutions Center in Carson City to handle member, pharmacy, and provider calls regarding pharmacy campaigns. You will collaborate across CareSource teams to deliver best-in-class service and accurately enter data to support outcomes.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of clinical call center experience, and 3 years in retail/hospital pharmacy, with strong customer service skills and data-entry proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or related experience.
• 3 years retail or hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year clinical call center experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle member, pharmacy, and provider calls related to pharmacy campaigns.
