Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II to support prescription preparation, transactions, customer service, and inventory management. The role offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) Monday–Friday day shift with a pay range of $19.10–$26.80 per hour, depending on post-certification experience.

Responsibilities include handling fulfillment steps, calling patients, assisting with prior authorizations, verifying insurance, managing inventory, and generating reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in pharmacy order entry.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required; CPhT license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all aspects of the fulfillment process.
• Transcribes orders, enters prescriptions, counts and labels medications, and processes cash transactions.
• Works with physician offices for prior authorization.
• Verifies patient insurance benefits and assists in patient assistance.
• Manages drug and supply inventory by placing daily orders and processing returns.
• Generates reports from systems as needed.
• Processes invoices in Centerstone’s WorkDay system.
• Maintains clean work environment and supports pharmacists with patient care plans.
• Prioritizes and resolves patient and client concerns to ensure quality care.
