Job summary

Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support medication preparation, packaging, and distribution within a full-service hospital. You will assist in maintaining inventory, keeping records, and ensuring accurate documentation in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training preferred.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for a variety of duties assisting in the preparation and packaging of medications, distribution and delivery of medications, supporting the maintenance of proper inventory levels and keeping appropriate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Completion of an ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
• 0 to 2 years of pharmacy technician or other related experience.
• PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician required

Shift:

Full-Time (40 hours per week), Rotating Shift which includes weekend & holiday work.

Salary Range:

Minimum $21.32/hour - Maximum $35.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
