Johns Hopkins Health System in Baltimore, MD, is hiring an Outpatient Production Pharmacy Technician to support a fast-paced, closed-door production pharmacy. You will work under pharmacists and collaborate with licensed staff to ensure accurate preparation, packaging and distribution of medications.

The role emphasizes inventory control, quality assurance and teamwork in a dynamic hospital setting, with a schedule from 7:30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy is required upon hire.
• Must become certified through and approved certification board (PTCB or NHA) within 2 years of hire.
• 6 months experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in medication preparation, packaging and distribution.
• Support inventory management and orderly workflow.
• Work under the direct supervision of pharmacists and fellow technicians.

Shift and Schedule:

7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday

Salary Range:

Minimum 19.25/hour - Maximum 31.80/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
