Qualifications

• No experience required; 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience.
• Prior high-volume customer service experience and high-volume call experience.
• Licensure (PTCB) and ability to sit for certification exam within one year.

Responsibilities

• Develops competence in dispensing and delivery of medications.
• Develops competence in entering medication orders in computer systems.
• Handles calls from customers and team members with timely resolution.
• Ensures compliance with USP, state, and federal requirements.
• Maintains documentation and pharmacy procedures according to regulations.
