Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalence is required for Tech I; active registration with Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or willingness to submit for registration by first day of work.
• Fingerprinting for FBI background check is required for registration; Tech II/III expect additional certifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications under supervision.
• Follow applicable federal, state and local laws and Mercy policies to ensure patient care and safety.
