Job summary

Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacist for our overnight team. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational efficiency during key production hours, reviewing prescriptions, performing precise calculations, and conducting quality checks.

You will work under SOPs and state regulations, provide guidance to providers, counsel patients, and ensure every medication shipped meets high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.

Responsibilities

• Checking entered prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Performing calculations to ensure ingredients within a formula are measured and utilized properly.
• Visually checking lots compounded in sterile and non-sterile labs.
• Visually checking individual prescriptions to ensure color, consistency, and general appearance.
• Answering and making clarification phone calls dedicated for pharmacists.
• Offering guidance to providers regarding appropriate therapy and dosing for optimal individualized care.
