Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Non-Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician for on-site work in Gilbert, AZ. The role supports day-to-day sterile lab operations, with a focus on detail, organization, and patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold a High School Diploma/GED and an active AZ Pharmacy Technician License, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, wear PPE, and lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule: Mon-Thu, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM; pay: $19–$21/hour plus $2/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; active AZ Pharmacy Technician License.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• PPE and lifting requirements up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lab Support & Compound Prep: assist with prep tasks, bottling, labeling, counting capsules, washing equipment.
• Packaging & Quality Control: pack non-sterile dosage forms per Strive standards.
• Inventory & Supply Management: monitor, restock, stage supplies; flag issues.
• Cleaning & Compliance: perform lab cleaning per SOPs and USP <795>/<800> guidelines; wear PPE.
• Documentation & Team Support: data entry in LifeFile and spreadsheets; other duties as assigned.
