Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA, or equivalent).
• 0-2 years of experience (specialty pharmacy or infusion a plus).
• Knowledge of insurance billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy systems (CareTend or similar preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
