Job summary

Singlepoint Healthcare in Illinois is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to join a patient-centered team. You will support patients, assist pharmacists, and help ensure timely deliveries.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a CPhT certification, 0–2 years of experience, and knowledge of insurance billing and CareTend or similar systems. Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm CST; we offer a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA, or equivalent) required.
• 0–2 years of experience in specialty pharmacy or infusion preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy systems (CareTend or similar).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Support Patients – Check in with patients on medications, supplies, and side effects, while coordinating deliveries.
• Keep Things Moving – Assist pharmacists with order entry, delivery tickets, and referrals (including hospice).
