Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience (preferred).
• 1+ years as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and uphold service standards.
• Manage Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, and immunization scheduling.
• Process prescriptions, verify patient information, and handle third-party adjudication.
• Maintain inventory, process invoices, and review warehouse/DSD orders.
• Operate and troubleshoot automated prescription processing equipment (Kirby Lester, ScriptPro).
• Ensure PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance in all handling of prescriptions.
• Support pharmacy manager with facility maintenance and inventory control.
• Complete compliance and 5-S requirements across the operation.
