Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience with Pyxis MedStation preferred.
• Experience with medication room inspections and auto/manual repackaging preferred.
• Must pass urine drug screen and background check; FBI fingerprint check.
• Compliance must be completed before starting.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory management within the pharmacy.
• Prepare medications for pharmacist final check.
• Deliver medications to patient care areas.
• Conduct medication area inspections.
• Provide technical support and clerical duties.
• Follow facility policies and Texas State Board guidelines.
