Job summary

Blink Health in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to process electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions with a focus on complex entries. You will serve as the contact for provider communications and support cross-functional pharmacy operations.

Applicants must have at least 6 months of pharmacy tech experience, Missouri license or be willing to obtain it, and PTCB/NHA certification. Shifts run 8 AM–7 PM CST, with several other time options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician or similar experience.
• Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain and approved before start date.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Strong phone presence and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with focus on complex entries.
• Serve as point of contact for provider communications, handling outbound and inbound calls.
• Accept inbound provider calls through warm transfers and establish call context.
• Resolve open issues submitted by pharmacists, technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
• Perform tasks in a safe, compliant manner per corporate policies and laws.
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role.
