Job summary

Insight Global in Chesterfield, MO is seeking two Pharmacy Technicians to join our closed-door pharmacy. You will perform data entry for electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions and manage provider communications, resolving issues with multiple departments.

Shifts run 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm, Monday-Friday with rotational Saturdays. Benefits begin after the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision coverage, HSA, FSA, DCFSA, 401k with employer matching, and paid

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions.
• Handle provider/physician communications including voicemails and calls.
• Resolve open issues submitted by pharmacists, technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
• Perform tasks in a safe and compliant manner per policies and laws.
• Other duties as assigned in Pharmacy Technician role.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A closed door pharmacy in Chesterfield MO is looking to hire 2 pharmacy technicians to join the company. These individuals will be doing data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions. This will involve handling provider/physician communication and resolving open issues submitted by various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions as per Blink protocols
• Handle provider/physician communications including, but not limited to voicemails, outbound and inbound calls
• Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
• Other duties as assigned in Pharmacy Technician role

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
