Job summary

Blink Health in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to process data entry of prescriptions and support providers on a team-focused, compliant basis. You will handle complex entries, verify information, and work across departments to resolve issues while maintaining accuracy.

This on-site role offers shift options Mon-Fri and occasional Saturday rotations, with comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician, or similar industry experience required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining
• Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license required or willingness to obtain before start
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex and higher-difficulty entries
• Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls
• Accepts inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are not currently part of this role, responsibilities are subject to change as business needs evolve
• Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies and State and Federal laws
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role
