Blink Health is hiring a Data Entry Technician for our Chesterfield, MO location. This role focuses on accurate entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions, with emphasis on complex entries and effective provider communications.

The technician will handle calls related to providers, ensure context is established, and work within Blink protocols to maintain accuracy and compliance. Qualified candidates will have at least 6 months of Pharmacy Technician experience, active Missouri

Formación

• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician or similar experience.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain before start date.

Responsabilidades

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, focusing on complex entries.
• Serve as point of contact for provider communications, handling outbound and inbound calls.
• Accept inbound provider calls through warm transfers; patient calls not included in this role.
