Blink Health, a leading healthcare tech company, is hiring a Pharmacy Technician at our Chesterfield, MO site. You will handle data entry for prescriptions, communicate with providers, and resolve issues across departments. The role requires a Missouri Pharmacy Technician license and 6 months of related experience.

Shifts are 40 hours per week with several CST windows; sign-on bonus is eligible, and the company provides strong benefits from day one including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician, or similar industry experience required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Licensure: Must hold an active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license or be willing to obtain and have it approved prior to start date.
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations.

Responsabilités

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex and higher-difficulty entries.
• Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls.
• Accepts inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are not currently part of this role, responsibilities are subject to change as business needs evolve.
• Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies and State and Federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role
