Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients to obtain insurance information and verify coverage.
• Process pharmacy claims and document activity in the management system.
• Identify coverage types and determine appropriate utilization.
• Triage prescriptions to HUB providers when needed.
• Respond to calls regarding prescription status and patient services.
• Maintain internal communications via chat and email with accurate documentation.
• Assist with special projects, including annual insurance reverification.
• Report adverse events and product complaints to clinical staff.
• Support pharmacy operations and administrative duties.
