Job summary

Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. in Cub Foods Monticello is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to stock, assemble and distribute medications for customers quickly and accurately.

You will protect privacy, follow infection-control policies, and maintain physician orders and prescriptions. The role offers a progressive pay scale up to $18/hour based on experience, a family-friendly schedule, and store perks including a discount, EAP, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prefer 2–3 years of experience in a pharmacy department.

Responsibilities

• Stock, assemble and distribute medications for our customers quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain records by recording and filing physician’s orders and prescriptions.
• Protect customer and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Train as a cashier (accurate registers are important).
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department.
• Be part of a dedicated team that arrives promptly for shifts and works as scheduled.

Progressive scale up to $18.00 / hour, based on experience

Hours:

Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

FREQUENT:

Physical:

• lifting/carrying to 10 lbs.

Equipment Operation:

• scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine

Mental:

• judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math, computer skills

FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift.
