Job summary

Hayat Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions. You will handle prescription processing, inventory, and customer service while maintaining an organized, welcoming environment for patients and staff.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

• Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and fill prescriptions accurately under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Prepare, label, and package medications.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
• Check for expired medications and follow pharmacy safety procedures.
• Help open and close the pharmacy, including preparing equipment and workstations.
• Assist with payments and data entry using the pharmacy system.
• Support the pharmacy team with daily operations and other assigned tasks.
