Job summary

Hayat Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in processing prescriptions, managing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service at multiple Milwaukee-area locations.

You will greet customers, prepare medications, and assist with payments while maintaining a clean, organized workflow in a fast-paced environment. Previous pharmacy experience and strong communication skills are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and fill prescriptions accurately under the supervision of a pharmacist
• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Prepare, label, and package medications
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels
• Check for expired medications and follow pharmacy safety procedures
• Help open and close the pharmacy, including preparing equipment and workstations
• Assist with payments and data entry using the pharmacy system
• Support the pharmacy team with daily operations and other assigned tasks

Position Overview:

Pharmacy Technicians at Hayat Pharmacy play a key role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring patients receive safe, accurate, and timely prescriptions.
