Qualifications

• Two+ years of customer service experience in a pharmacy/retail/medical environment.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone; refer to pharmacist as needed.
• Process prescriptions electronically with accuracy.
• Resolve issues such as rejected insurance claims.
• Receive, review, and prepare prescriptions; label and dispense under supervision.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and cash register operations.
• Maintain records and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Comply with safety and privacy policies; support vaccinations.
