Job summary

Chartwell Pharmacy LLC dba Serviam Pharmacy of Council Bluffs in Iowa seeks experienced and licensed Pharmacy Technicians to join our closed door LTC pharmacy team. You will receive prescriptions, verify accuracy, and input information into Framework LTC.

You will also answer customer questions and help maintain records. The ideal candidate has strong customer service, excellent organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• The ability to multitask and shift priorities, as needed.
• Familiarity with pharmacy and medical terminology desired.
• Have an Iowa Pharmacy Tech license or ability to procure one.
• Framework LTC experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive written and faxed prescriptions from patients and doctors, verify the information is accurate, and input it into the system.
• Maintain proper storage and inventory of all medications in the pharmacy.
• Receive incoming inventory, verify the accuracy, log it within the system, and put it away as needed.
• Maintain proper pharmacy records, including patient profiles, inventory logs, and more.
• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries, referring to the pharmacy as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and licensed Pharmacy Technicians to join our closed door long term care( LTC) pharmacy team! As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be receiving incoming prescriptions, checking for accuracy, and inputting that information into our Framework LTC system. You will also be answering customer questions and concerns. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service skills, and prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
