Job Description: Pharmacy Technician (2nd Shift) - Charlotte, NC

Location: Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM EST, with occasional Saturday shifts from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join their fulfillment center in Charlotte. You will be responsible for processing pharmacy orders, verifying prescriptions, communicating with members, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and route pharmacy orders from receipt through verification
• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy
• Prepare and scan documents, validate member/patient information, and submit prescription orders
• Contact members, patients, and providers to confirm data, request payment details, and prioritize orders
• Interpret prescriptions, assess, input, and retrieve data in the system, as permitted by state regulations

Qualifications

• NC Pharmacy Technician License
• National Certification
