1. Respond to prescription refill requests via phone, email, fax, and Telephone Encounter.
2. Verify the accuracy and validity of prescription refill requests, ensuring compliance with regulations.
3. Prepare and dispense prescription refills accurately, following organizational protocols.
4. Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders, offering clear and comprehensive information.
5. Analyze data related to prescription refills, report findings, and identify trends.
6. Maintain productivity and quality metrics in prescription processing.
7. Support clinical staff with administrative tasks for medication refill programs.
8. Collaborate with teams to improve workflow and patient care outcomes.
