Job summary

The candidate will handle equipment, troubleshoot issues, and support department initiatives. The position requires a High School diploma or GED and 3 years in healthcare or pharmacy-related work; certificates like CPhT/ExCPT are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of health care, insurance, pharmacy, or medical experience.
• State board licensure/registration required or eligible.
• Licensure or certification as CPhT or ExCPT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete area-specific tasks per standard procedures and policies.
• Serve as expert with equipment and technology in the area.
• Resolve technical issues in the specialized area.
• Ensure records are accurate and timely.
• Support communications with patients and care teams.
• Identify quality-improvement opportunities to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Contribute to implementation of operational changes and standardization.
